GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BUSINESS OF ORNAMENTA.SK

Introductory provisions These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern the rights and obligations between the company:

and consumers or entrepreneurs who order goods through the online store www.ornamenta.sk .

1. Definitions of terms

  • The seller is Ornamenta sro.

  • The buyer is a consumer or entrepreneur who concludes a purchase contract.

  • A consumer is a natural person who does not make purchases as part of their business activities.

  • An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person purchasing as part of their business.

2. Order and conclusion of the purchase contract

  • The buyer is allowed to order goods through the e-commerce.

  • An order is a proposal to conclude a purchase contract.

  • The contract is formed upon confirmation of the order by the seller.

3. Price and payment terms

  • All prices on the site are listed including VAT.

  • The buyer can pay for the goods: by bank transfer, by credit card, by payment gateway or by cash on delivery.

4. Delivery terms

  • The goods are sent by courier service or via parcel boxes.

  • The usual delivery time is 2-5 business days.

  • The seller reserves the right to extend the delivery period in exceptional cases.

5. Withdrawal from the contract (return of goods)

  • The buyer - consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 7 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

  • The buyer bears the shipping costs when returning goods without giving a reason.
  • To exercise this right, the buyer contacts the seller by email or uses the withdrawal form.

  • The goods must be sent back undamaged, complete and returned to the seller's address.

6. Complaints procedure

  • The seller is liable for defects in the goods to the extent specified in the Civil Code.

  • The buyer is obliged to report a defect in the goods immediately after discovering it.

  • Complaints are handled without undue delay, no later than 30 days from the date of filing the complaint.

7. Protection of personal data

  • The Seller processes personal data in accordance with Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data and the GDPR Regulation.

  • Detailed information on the processing of personal data is provided in the Privacy Policy on the website.

8. Alternative Dispute Resolution

  • The consumer has the right to contact an alternative dispute resolution body if he is not satisfied with the handling of the complaint.

9. Final provisions

  • These General Terms and Conditions are valid from [Insert date].

  • The Seller reserves the right to change the GTC; changes shall enter into force on the date of their publication.
