Complaints procedure

  • The seller is liable for defects in the goods to the extent specified in the Civil Code.

  • The buyer is obliged to check the goods upon receipt from the courier.

  • If mechanical damage to the packaging or goods is detected, the buyer is obliged to immediately report such damage directly to the courier and record the damage in the receipt report.

  • At the same time, the buyer is obliged to inform the seller about damage to the goods on the same day of delivery.

  • If damage to the goods is reported later than the day of delivery, the seller may not acknowledge such complaints.

  • Complaints are handled without undue delay, no later than 30 days from the date of filing the complaint.

  • The seller will refund the costs of returning the goods up to the price of the cheapest method of transport offered at the time of conclusion of the contract, exclusively on the basis of the submitted proof of payment for the transport.
